Ms. Augustin attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida where she competed with the number one nationally ranked Moot Court Honor Board. Upon graduation from law school in 2015. After years of practice in civil litigation with a focus on business and corporate law Ms. Augustin began this firm with the goal of providing alternative legal services for small and growing businesses.

All too frequently start-ups, small, and growing business are in need of legal services but are unable to pay the exorbitant fees. Beyond this, the notion that the law must always take a confrontational posture rather than a collaborative one is misguided.
